Maklak, the ice wizard, can be found up in far north of the frozen Tundra, near the unnamed tundra village. Residing in his tower of ice, Maklak is always trying to devise new ways to cover the world in the ice he so loves With the help of his apprentices, he has created golems and shards of ice to help protect his tower. He considers himself a most powerful wizard and is a member of the mysterious Conclave, alongside the wizard Hycanthus, Haag the Swamp Witch, O'ising, Yriluawe shaman, and Yudhishthira, the red dragon of Polyargos.
