Warleader Lockwood was the second-in-command of Emperor Piraeus during the War of the Deeps. He commanded the Seleucarian Empire's forces nobly against the onslaught of the Black Wave before finally dying a hero's death in the Battle of Shallam. As his scimitar struck the killing blow upon Terrin'ukia, Tsol'teth Destroyer, the Tsol'teth's dying blast took the Warleader, and many others, down with him.
