The Libra Dungeon, found within the newbie area of Minia, is inhabited by a group of nasty kobolds, who are led by the fearless Kobold King and share the subterranean space with a congregation of playful firesprites. Despite being repeatedly asked to the village for dinner, they have a distrust of the pygmies of the Miba village, as several of their race are imprisoned there.
