A crimson armlet oozing warrior's cool and (probable) fighter's prowess, a knotted leather cord signals the favoured status of a long-time member of the Dauntless. Ownership of the cord allows an adventurer to join or rejoin the Dauntless from anywhere without having to apply via Ophal or Lafrin. Unlike normal members, they will also not automatically be removed from cadre after a year's membership. Once the minimum year has passed, cord-wearers may resign or rejoin the ranks of the Dauntless at no cost.
