The Jaguars is a major crime syndicate that held sway over the minor crime rings in each of the cities. Led by a woman named Felisse, the organization ruled from the shadows and avoided alerting any of their existence until the year 363 AF. In an ambitious undertaking the Jaguar's Crimewave swept across the continent, utilizing extortion, gambling, theft, drug trafficking and several other methods to separate the masses from their money. Eventually uncovered but not caught, the Jaguars made off with the money and crime seemed to settle back into the dark corners of society again.
