The Ivory Empyre was a modest cocktail lounge within an alcove of the Veil's End pavilion in Targossas. Dim illumination from its solitary chandelier fell upon the polished mahogany bar, behind which Galdwin mixed and sold a small selection of drinks to visiting patrons.
