Halfway House

Opened by Sir Gawain in 190 AF in Ashtan, the Halfway House was intended to be a benevolent alternative for orphans, in contrast to the murderous practices of the Loving Hearts Orphanage. Ashtan tore down the Halfway House twenty-three years later, in 213 AF, preferring that its orphans be taken to the Loving Hearts Orphanage for slaughter.
