A handful of glittering mud is a sediment-studded ball of silt from the ruins of Seleucar which can permanently turn the appearance of a resetting item into a Seleucar-themed variant. It is consumed upon use. Items which it can apply to include:

  • ring
  • bracelet - Mnemosynian bracelet
  • pair of boots
  • belt
  • suit of armour
  • pair of wings
  • pendant - amber pendant of preserved amar moss.
  • shield
  • earring - sparkling Imperial earring

The promotional artefact can sometimes be attained via the Wheel of Fortune or through the Renown Shop. Similar appearance-changing artefacts include sparkling snow and gold candycanes.

The artefact is perhaps inspired by the last line of a popular feudal Shallamese protest song from antiquity.
