Flares, when loaded into an Arcanian arm, onager, or ballista, can be fired up, at opposing ships or sea monsters.
When fired up into the air, flares illuminate the immediate sea area and de-cloak any cloaked ships nearby.
If fired directly at ships, flares will set its sails on fire.
When fired at sea monsters, flares will stun them, preventing a creature's movement for a short time.
