DeBurr

DeBurr is the legendary near-sighted jeweller who ran a shop in the southwestern section of the city of Shallam. Over the years, her shop was the target of criminal activity, once by a notorious band of thugs working under the Jaguars' crime ring.

When Shallam was destroyed DeBurr escaped into the wilderness, later making her way to Targossas. Examples of her work can be found at her shop on Silverveil Promenade.
