Compose is the cure for the fear affliction. When adventurers suffer from this affliction, they will feel a terrible fear overcome them. The extreme feelings of angst and terror cause the adventurer to rush about from room to room with no rhyme or reason and, unless they are selfish, drop random things from their inventory until they calm themselves.
