General Cazin, a former corporal of the Shallamese Imperial Guard, once manned the catapult on the western ramparts. After the destruction of the Jewel of the East he fled with the rest of the refugees, eventually taking up residence, and resuming his military career, in the fledgling city-state of Targossas.
