The blue lesser dragon, Blu, resides in Cyrene and acts as their city guardian. Orphaned after the death of his parent, Ainghaeal, the baby dragon wandered down from his nest and found himself in Cyrene. Quickly adopted by the city as one of their own, the small dragon became a permanent fixture.
