The armed Atlantia dummy is a ventriloquist's prop fashioned to look like Atlantia, leader of the Ivory Mark. Anyone may wield may wield the dummy and toggle it make it look like it is speaking. Allegedly a perfect piece for performance, or telling a horrible joke. It is an Ivory-counterpart to the Derillin dummy
