Agatheis, the Elemental Lord was the God of Elements - Water, Earth, Fire, and Air. He considered the elements to be the building blocks of Creation, meant to be neither sacred nor worshiped; instead they were tools to be manipulated - used to create, destroy, and bring about change. He was of the opinion, further, that prior to Chaos' entrance into Creation, Creation was a perfect expression of the elements - a world of perfect Order where everything was in its place and the decay of Chaos was unknown.

History

Agatheis was one of the Elder Gods created by Ayar at the dawn of Creation. As part of the Triumvirate, He attempted to overthrow the reign of Proteus in the War of Humanity. Failing in this, He was sentenced to be bound into the form of a unicorn; He was freed and forgiven centuries later in the Modern Age.

Agatheis was the first Immortal to master full control of the elements. Agatheis was also known as the one responsible for the creation of Yggdrasil's Flame.

The God Agatheis was slain on Nishnatoba in 613 AF by Bal'met, the Worldreaver.

Divine Symbols

His symbol was a black diamond divided into four smaller diamond-shaped segments facing the cardinal directions. Starting at the north and moving in a clockwise fashion, the segments were: Water, represented by the colour blue, and a sapphire gemstone; Earth, represented by the colour green, and an emerald gemstone; Fire, represented by the colour red, and a ruby gemstone; and Air, represented by the colour yellow, and a topaz gemstone.
