There is no greater evil than old Jorj

And Cyrene, with that fiend, a deal did forge

To slaughter we fair rodents in the street

All dames and sires and pups that they might meet

Our finest fighters, sleek and black as coal

Are tirelessly marching on patrol

But they cannot defeat these giant men

That pitilessly kill, and kill again

Cyrene was once a rodent paradise

And food, for rats and men, did quite suffice

But soon our numbers swelled beyond their few

And that's when their abhorrence for us grew

And soon our kind was driven underground

Where stink, and damp, and leeches do abound

We cower in the sewers out of fright

But hunger, does bravado, soon ignite

While foraging for scraps, or crusts of bread

Alas, our precious loved ones are struck dead

But I have found an answer to our plight

When prowling through the shops in dead of night

Foul poisons that will cause them to expire

And countless vials of it did I acquire

It's time to save your wife, or son, or daughter

To find and foul the source of Cyrene's water

So each rat grab a vial, it isn't far

And follow me to Cyrene's reservoir

Uncork and drop your vial into the drink

Emancipation's closer than you think

Rejoice, we will expunge the human beast

And on their sweet remains we soon shall feast
