Dragoncraft, with its slew of Greater Dragon-exclusive abilities, was unveiled on the 15th of Valnuary, 474 AF, by Ashaxei.

The skill of Dragoncraft is a general skill, and available to all adventurers who have reached the 99th level of experience.
