Tobold

Tobold, a robust halfling man, makes his home in the village of Actar Valley. He is rather absent-minded, and is constantly misplacing things. He is also known to be an avid pipe smoker. Tobold tends to be rather unkempt, focusing more on other issues than on his personal appearance.
