Scrag, tender of the bloodleech pool, is a Chaos Lord who can be found before a fountain of blood upon the Chaos Plane. A strange-looking Dwarf with a leering grin and an eternal stench, Scrag is overprotective of his pets: bloodleeches that serve Occultist-classed adventurers in the skill of Domination.
