Rhilas

Rhilas is an armour-clad hunter who teaches newbies how to use their battlerage abilities. Located in a small and almost barren field in the Valley of Lodi, he shares the space with a rat-shaped practice dummy on which newbies can practice before going to battle Pieranotzu in the Black Warren.
