The Pentad was comprised of the five most powerful Immortals known. Together they bent their will and considerable power to the task of guiding all of Creation. Beyond definitions of Good or Evil, their purposes were beyond the ken of mortalkind. The Pentad was headed by Maya, the Great Mother.
