Narvus

A clean-cut, slender Atavian man, Narvus, the caterer, can be found on the fourth tier of the city of Arcadia, where he runs the Blue Feather Cafe. Although much of his time is spent studying both guest lists and menu possibilities, he is never too busy to serve guests who visit the home of his race.
