The Tower of Falaq'tor is a memorial built in honour of Carme, one of the offspring of Sinope and Callisto. Made entirely of ice, the tower is both sustained and guarded by the magics of the powerful Tsol'dasi who dwell within. The Bridge of Falaq'tor connects the tower to the rest of Sapience.

Geography

The ice-entrenched island upon which Falaq'tor tower was raised was itself wrenched from the floor of the Borean Ocean. Chill winds sweep every granite surface and promontory in eddies and vortices of whirling snow. The smooth blue-white of the mainland tundral glacier takes a prominent place on its skyline.

Inhabitants

Sword-wielding Tsol guardians and samite-robed mystics patrol the glittering halls and stairways along with the following leaders of the tower:

Flora and Fauna

Very little grows in the tundral landscape of the rocky island. Nevertheless, seal-like phocine flyers enjoy surfing both its biting waves and howling winds when they are not sunning themselves on the rocky shore. The winged animals provide a reliable source for tamed companions to the Tsol'dasi inhabitants. Falaq'tor is one of few places in the world where ambergris is found.
